Here are some special policies we are adopting so that everyone feels
safe, comfortable and protected.

• All employees trained in accordance with the Biosafety Protocols approved by the Municipality of Bonito-MS;

 

• At check-in, it will only be necessary for 1 family member to go to the reception desk;

 

• To speed up the check-in process, guests may anticipate their check-in online;

 

• Upon arrival, the temperature of all guests will be checked;

• In order to protect employees and guests, masks are mandatory throughout the hotel;

 

• 70% alcohol hand sanitizer is provided in social/common areas;​

• All apartments undergo rigorous cleaning and disinfection processes; ​

​

• To limit employee contact, guests are responsible for taking luggage to their room; ​

​

• At breakfast, guests must wear a mask and disposable gloves when serving themselves;
